I contacted Nested as I was in a chain situation in sale and purchase of my house. Having seen the property we wanted to move and made an offer on it; we were kind of left on tenterhooks with the person purchasing ours. After 4 viewings and lot of to and froing the offer was not forthcoming. A friend suggested I talk to Nested as they may be able to help.
I initially did my own research as I was very of companies making all kind of promises. Nested appeared to be a very professional firm who know their subject matter.
I filled in the information required on their website and the website made an instant valuation of my property (albeit it was nearly £120,000 out from current value of my property).
I was contacted the very next day and I had a good chat with Anup Desai who was very professional and courteous on the phone, and he followed up our conversation with an email confirmation straight away.
since first contact we have had many discussions and a meeting followed by an offer on my property and survey.
during this process we got an offer on our property so I did not pursue this with Nested. however should the circumstance change I would not have any reservations to both move forward with Nested or recommend Nested to my friends and family,
