"A good new twist on selling approach"

I wanted to establish if it was possible to sell my place quickly without the risk of price fluctuations, so I called nested.

They worked on the project with some good science and research behind them before coming up with their view on price, which certainly didn't result in an overvalued property like some other estate agents... it was realistic, but guaranteed, and you have to price the risk in somehow.

Ultimately, I retained my property rather than selling, but I will certainly consider giving neated a call back when I'm ready to move on.
