I ordered a DOC robot on Saturday with a 2-3 day shipping received a text confirmation. No text update to say it had been shipped.
Check bank account today (Thursday) to find a refund. No email or text to advise. Checked on website, item out of stock

"Utterly useless and to be avoided."

Ordered something that cost £35 and sent a completely different product that costs £8.99 on their website. Contacted them on live chat and no response. The following day I emailed their customer services and still no response. I am out of pocket and still without the product I ordered. I have now opened a paypal dispute. Think Amazon will be the better bet now!
