I order a 12 pack of relentless sugar free. Amazon Shipping picked it up and tried to deliver it to a postcode, that I never put down which was completely different to the street they had.
The postcode belonged to a street I hadn't lived in, in a little over 10 years and I know I put my actual address down.
I emailed them and I'm still waiting for a response especially when I sent them back over 3 days of not getting anywhere with amazon shipping.
If I don't get my money back trading standards will be getting involved

I ordered from them two days ago , it arrived this evening.
I bought water in bulk different brands
I was given my order minus the volvic pack of 12 x 1 litre of water .
I asked the delivery man if it was all complete he said yes . But I didn’t get my volvic . I called the number on their website over 40 times but it wasn’t going through .
They delivered it through Amazon shipping and when I contacted Amazon they weren’t helpful at all . So I have been told to report it to the police if I don’t hear from them by tomorrow. It’s such a shame for a company to behave this way … I have contacted them and I am waiting for their response .

"3 stars for speed of delivery and cost of item"
I`m giving 3 stars for cost (cheap) and speed of delivery (very fast) but..... I ordered, and paid for, 12 bottles of 350ml tabasco but I received 9. As people have already stated on here, emails are ignored and the phone number on their "contact us" page doesn`t appear to work.
Because of this, I opened a case with PayPal who found in my favour (quite rightly so) and a refund for the 3 missing bottles was made.
Looking at the 21% bad reviews to the 65% good reviews on Trustpilot, I can only assume that someone had a bad day at Papaval.
Unfortunately, it`s doubtful I will use Papaval again because of this incident. This is a shame because delivery (speed of and cost) and the price of the tabasco was the best I`d found for a long time.
