Paid for full order but only half delivered. Having issues trying getting it resolved and looks like I’ll have the hassle of going through resolution process with CC company to get sorted. First time I’ve used them and it’ll be the last.

After emailing the company and not receiving my product. I was told that I could raise a case and they would send a new product. However after I confirmed I would like to do that I have received no new information and still have no received my product.

I used this company as they had the jam I wanted in stock at an excellent price. I ordered 25 jars. They arrive promptly but unfortunately 8 were either broken or open. I contacted the company with a couple of photos attached. They replyed politely and very promptly and refunded the money for the damaged good very quickly.
