If I could give true auto no stars I would have. I had my policy since December 2019 and never use it paid $200 every month my deductible supposed to be $100.00 dollars. True auto fought with the company that was to fix my car on their prices and labor charge. Which is so unfair because we pay what True Auto want for the extended warranty. I call upset so they just canceled my policy without a phone call to me before they did it. The rep Josh said it sent a red flag 🚩. After the rep Josh explain to me what was covered I was ok with it.So basically I gave True Auto $200 dollars of MY HARD EARNED MONEY every month for nothing. I will never use this company again ,I will never recommend True Auto to anyone. And for other beware. So you want get you hard earned money taken.

Most TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went through 3 days of headaches and 6 sarcastic agents over the duration of those 3 days trying to get my REFUND back. I should’ve checked the reviews and did more research on this “business” before I paid for the scam-like coverage. “Agent Robert Neal” gave me the wrong extension to his phone incase I needed more understanding of the policy but I talked to “Juan” instead amd “Juan” never heard of “Robert Neal” ...to top it off “Agent Matt” was being disrespectful and got a piece of my mind for being a rude BUTT-PLUG...but I’m Happy I got my $299 back today.
