"Should have read Trustpilot first, however company came good with COVID restrictions lifting"

Ordered equipment two weeks ago, and no acknowledgement from Caracessoriesplus of that order being dispatched.
The reference number provided looks like a random generated number.
As per previous reviews the monies for the order are still being processed via Sagepay, and theirs is the only reference that I have that there was a transaction.
Phone number gone from website, I should have noticed that
If the company are closed due to COVID at no point during the buying/ordering process are you stopped from making purchases.
Very frustrating "Stoneacre Motor Group" :(

With the lifting of the COVID restrictions in England, the company began trading again and I received my purchase in good order, and timely within the current restrictions still in place.
Good product and quality good.

Online ordering system still should have been shutdown if there was no likelihoods of processing any order.

As recent reviews state, order taken 3 weeks ago, but no sign of any delivery. Emailed but no reply. Telephone number even taken off website. I recommend you do not order anything from here. I will endeavourto get a refund and order parts from a reputable company instead.

Purchased a order online. No correspondence back view shipping notification or tracking number. Emailed twice to no answer and number goes to voicemail. Complete joke. Thankfully bought through credit card with PayPal protection so I will be looking for a refund immediately.

I ordered an item approximately 3 weeks ago and I’ve had no contact at all from them. Haven’t even received an order confirmation?! I understand that many businesses are closed due to Covid-19 but they should state that on there website before taking our money!

Adam from Caraccessoriesplus plus called me this afternoon, he couldn't have been more helpful apologised for the delay and explained why there was a delay with my order which was entirely linked to the manufacturer. Impressive response and I wouldn't hesitate to order from these guys again!

No communication: I ordered parts for my daughter's Seat Mii a few weeks ago. The parts have not arrived, I have had no updates of any kind and when I try to call I only get an answering machine. Still time to redeem themselves but some communication would be great!

"Great service - DS3 Car mats"

After being let down by some delivery issues on Ebay I decided to look elsewhere.

Found this site and although slightly more dear I could tell they would be reputable.

5 star experience - my only critique was that I couldn’t seem to find a valid email to contact when I was had a query regarding my delivery address. However I phoned up their Head Office and got through straight away, speaking to a helpful gentleman (and all was confirmed).

My car mats were delivered via ParcelForce within about 2 days - very prompt and had no troubles.

Will definitely order again should I need anything else for my DS3. Thank you.

The service offered by Andy and his team is excellent. We had some difficulties obtaining the correct car mats for a Mazda 2 but Andy made the experience seamless. He was extremely helpful and did everything he could to make sure that we received the correct product in the end.
