"Broken Advent candle"

I ordered Advent candles. They were shipped in the box wrapped only in a thin layer of bubble wrap. The pink candle was broken. Items should be protected better for shipping.

I received a replacement order for damaged cups and the replacements were just as bad. Out of 200 cups, only 22 were useable, i.e., not damaged from leakage or sealed improperly. I emailed customer service but have not received a reply or the refund requested.
