I ordered Advent Candles, which were a reasonable price, shipped immediately, and, sadly, were received broken... all 4 of them. The box was clearly dropped during shipping, so it wasn't Concordia's fault. When I called about getting a credit, Lauren was wonderful! Had me take a photo of the candles and of the box, email them to her, and she credited our charge account! Lauren was delightful! I will be ordering again, I am sure!
