Senior adults were having trouble with the Lord's Supper elements we were ordering. We found the elements that have the wafer on the bottom and the juice tab separate. What a difference it has made for so many of the members to open!

The matter was handled promptly and the product was shipped separately. The invoice was also changed and all is fine.
