"Items received were damaged"

I had ordered 2 packs (100 sheets/pack) of the 8.5 x11 baptism bulletins. I received the shipping later than expected, which was not a problem as I had built myself a buffer of a few days. When I received the baptism bulletins though, I was upset that they came damaged. The right corners of both packs were bent significantly. I did not have time to reorder so I had to use them as it. To work around the issue and try to re-flatten them with 2 large heavy books set on top. It sort of helped, but was damage was still noticeable.
