"CCTV that does what it says in the advert!"

I bought two CCTV cameras, control unit and cabling etc. from Digital Direct Security, having seen their website. The system arrived on time and undamaged, as promised. For someone like me, who is a complete technophobe, the installation of the system was straightforward. I only made one error during setup, and my query was quickly answered by the knowledgeable member of staff I spoke with at DDS, and this solved the problem. The system has been working faultlessly now for three months, providing clear images day & night, and has proved a great deterrent, preventing any further damage to my property. I would not hesitate to recommend DDS to anyone considering installing CCTV.

Good website and all goods delivered within the allocated time period. Good quality goods, and would have a scored 5 stars if the manual/disk for the DVR actually matched the DVR (because it seemed to be from an older model). Not a major issue though as quite easy to set and use.
Overall I would recommend DDS.
