"Excellent Service"

I have used DDS before and yet again they provided really outstanding service and technical advice when I had a query. Refreshing to find such a good reliable company.

Received my IP camera package promptly, unfortunately the NVR is not easy to set up, mainly because it is obviously from the far east and the instruction manuals have not been translated very well, Contact with the help line was not brilliant either, unable to answer my queries into the functionality of the system and unable to shed any light on the inadequacies of the manual. Days of remote access from DDS have not solved all issues. For the price I would have expected a high end system. I am left wishing I had gone to Maplins to buy a cheaper kit, any issues then would not have left such a bitter taste.
Whilst not a CCTV expert I do install and maintain industrial control systems and have done for over 25 years so not strictly amateur and know quality equipment when I work with it!!
