"Provided Exam voucher even it was bought at other site"

I have bought my training and exam voucher from 1training.org . I "begged" 1training for over a year for the voucher and they ignored me.
Today I got an email from PeopleCert that 1training is not their partner anymore, but as a gesture of good will they will send me the voucher for the exam.

The setup was easy to understand, rules easy to follow, and the proctor was nice and explained everything perfectly. Pretty flawless test taking experience as this was my first at-home proctored online test.

The exam was a total nightmare, There was a technical error your end and it took an hour to get back on. The exam obviously isn't monitored. It was very stressful as no-one would help - I had to log onto the People cert website and go on a chat there to try and get assistance. The proctor was no where for help on the exam page. It took over two hours to complete the exam which I failed by 3 marks in the end. Would not recommend this to any of my colleagues.

During the prep between myself and the proctor - the call went dead it took an hour before i was able to take the exam - during the conversation with the proctor the whole time the call dropped on 4 occasions...this affected me as i was already nervous.

Excellent and efficient service immediately prior to my exam, the Proctor talked through everything I needed to know when sitting my exam and was polite, patient and knowledgeable.

Upon passing my exam, I also received the electronic version of my certificate less than 24 hours later!
