"MarketerHire has been FANTASTIC"
MarketerHire has beena great option and experience for our startup. As a small team with no marketing experience, they helped us get exactly what we needed and feel confident in our approach.
The MarketerHire approach is simple and effective. They keep on you while being respectful, and understanding that as small businesses, we are constantly too busy. With their help, we went from virtually no marketing presence, to having a steady influx of sales in a matter of months.
Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend MarketerHire to any small business looking to take the first step into Marketing.

"Big Step In the Right Direction"
MarketerHire has been very effective for my startup. I have a tech background and was in desperate need of marketing help.
Before finding MarketerHire, I tried posting a job description on another site. I had to screen a handful of people and, after selecting one, it didn't work out well.
The MarketerHire approach is to start with a 30 minute video call to discuss your situation and assess your needs. Then then play "matchmaker" and connect you with the right resource(s). There is a trial period, so if the fit isn't right, you can back out without cost.
I have been very pleased with the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) level person they connected me with. He's been responsive and the advice has been on point. Hours billed are very reasonable for the work being done.
Am very satisfied and would definitely recommend MarketerHire.

"Fantastic experience"
We had a long list of requirements for our ideal Google Ad Buyer. Marketerhire found us the perfect candidate within 2 days—he checked every single box! It has been great working with this contractor and we plan to use Marketerhire again in the future.

"Vetting process completely broken. Useless"
Vetting process completely broken. Don’t know what their criteria is or if they’re just biased towards people with work experience in corporate setups.

"They don't actually vet the marketers…"
They don't actually vet the marketers thoroughly enough. I really gave them a try more than a few times but they matched me either with people that completely inflated their hours and expertise or dropped me for a client that would pay more. I try not to write bad reviews for companies but i really had a terrible experience, not just with the matches but how the account managers handled everything. The hassle of dealing with them was more work than doing my own research and ultimately paying less for better quality candidates. i got better results even on upwork.

"Great Platform for Freelancers"
MarketerHire is a great platform for anyone in the freelance space.

"Don’t bother if you are an expert"
I have been on the platform for about a year and first off, they ask you to take $60 an hour or they can’t match you with any offers. Now, I said sure let’s try. The only offers they can find you are for like 1 hour a week and clients have no idea what they need. Even if you ask to set your hourly rate above $100, they can still send you offers around $80. That’s absolutely ridiculous. And when you do respond to offers, you get an automatic email after 5 days saying that you haven’t been selected. No words from the project manager. You actually don’t hear from PMs ever. They barely respond to emails.
They also have an agency pool but you will only get offers if you are at least available 30 hours to 40 hours a week. I am sorry but being a freelancer actually means that we have other projects and can’t just take 1 client FT.
Don’t waste your time.

"Complete waste of time and money"
Complete waste of time and money. This company is claims to have the best marketers but it's nonsense. You'd be better off hiring in house or sourcing your own freelancers separately as there is zero accountability on the company and yet they are charging far more than an agency would do in fees. Don't bother
