The MH team is very responsive and quickly helped us find another match when our first contractor was not quite what we were looking for. If anything, their placements are more firepower than we needed, but always professional and experts in their field.

Our account manager listened to our requirements and helped us to figure out the specific type of marketer that we needed.

While there were some minor teething issues initially, they were all resolved and we were eventually matched with a suitable marketer, who we've now been working with for a few months.

Having said all of that, I do feel that MarketerHire need to work on providing better visibility into billing. Right now, it's pretty difficult to keep track of how much time has been billed in the current period, and it just feels as though this should be a part of the platform.

Overall, the experience with MarketerHire has been positive, but I think there's work to be done on the billing visibility side of things.
