It was easy to find the parts I wanted on their website with a decent amount of info included as to their specs, etc. It would be better if there was just a little more there- esp. a technical drawing. But not too bad, all considering. The mending plates I received felt slightly flimsier than I was expecting, which ultimately led me to choose another method of construction. BUT-- not Harfington's fault! When I requested a return they promptly responded with a personal email and refunded my money right away. So I will certainly look to this company when I need parts in the future!

Well, the hinges that I bought there are supposed to be a brand new one of the two is hard I'm hard time opening and closing my cabinet door. I think Doble checking the product functions before shipping will make a difference

It said I would definitely get free shipping, since my order was over a certain amount. But LATER, at final checkout and payment page, it charged me $3.99 for shipping ANYWAY!!!!
UPDATE: They fixed my issue quickly and were VERY, VERY nice to me! It's not often you get this level of personal attention that I got. And yes, they of course refunded to me my shipping costs. I am impressed by this company and their professionalism, and I you can believe I will be shopping with them, again and again. Thank you Harfington! FIVE STARS!
