Had great experiences in the past but this time they randomly charged my order in Chinese yuan and I had to pay an extra 20%, which made them not the cheapest on the market. Pretty lame as they give no indication about this so I couldn't even arrange to pay in yuan in advanve. After much arguing they agreed to give me 50usd off my next order, which wouldn't cover the money I lost this time and what I'll have to pay to convert from whichever random currency they're using next time. Apparently it's literally impossible to give a partial refund covering my losses. Probably won't be using again. 2 stars because I did get the item, eventually.

I have used these guys for 2+years and every time I get what I order reliably. Covid had slowed things down but my last order was delivered in 19 days and exactly as I ordered. Use the bitcoin discount, a little more work but worth the 20%! The one time I had a problem, it was of my own creation and they promised me a credit after it was resolved. They doubled my order! Can't beat that!
