Have been told by the customer service advisor Jane that over the last 3 years the owners had health issues which impacted the business. Now they are back with a new partner to bring the attention back to the business and they want to continue giving excellent customer service which was missed over last 2 years.

Ordered an Infra Red heater. delivery was quick, but the glass around the element was damaged. I have emailed on 3 separate occasions but have heard nothing back. Use this company at your peril.

This may be a harsh review. I received an email, on Thursday, apologising about problems with DPD resulting in a delay. I responded asking for a ‘when’ ETA. No response and now I receive a ‘How did we do?’
I’m sure this is an automated process error but, well, there lies the heart of many problems…
DAYS later, NO response. NO merchandise delivered. NOTHING - like customer service or who gives a sh_t points! THEY, Olectrical, obviously do not. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. May they rot!

Rubbish service my order was not delivered despite that I have been charged for it and on top of that I have been chasing your company by emails, filling out your online forms and leaving several voicemails despite alll that olectrical company has still not responded by emai, text or phone call. I want my full refund ASAPaa your company has failed not to deliver under the consumer rights I am entitled to a full refund and compensation. Anyone interested purchasing from this company do not. What is more insulting is that you keep sending emails for a review when you have NOT delivered my order.Disappointing, untrustworthy, unprofessional and despicable company & customer service.

Terrible company gave wrong item and never corrected it, i even gave screen shots and emails, Wasn't bothered, sent me an item that was useless to me.
