"I simply don’t believe any of these…"

I simply don’t believe any of these five star reviews are legit. As a customer with the a company that uses them, I can attest to the absolutely abysmal communication about very routine billing questions. It takes months to get things straightened out, if they ever get straightened out at all. The company that employed them is one that has a very good provider with whom I’m very comfortable, but I’m currently searching for a different provider because the billing system is truly intolerable.

I lost over 300k working with this company. They are not a US company all of there billers and coders are from Pakistan. They speak very little English. It's a bait and switch this guy Mitch is there sales guy he is amazing and right after you sign up with them they switch to everyone from Pakistan. The nightmare just starts from there they don't know how to bill or code properly and we lost major revenue. I would not trust Bell Medex Crystal Rainbow is the owner and she does not help with any complaints.

Just finished our first year of service with Bell Medex....and we could not be happier! For the percentage we are paying them, I was initially concerned that it was too good to be true. I was wrong! Their customer service and the communication with our team is pretty amazing! We work directly with Crystal Rainbow and she is phenomenal. We have her cell number (which never happened with our previous billing companies) and can always get her on the phone when needed. Our reimbursements are higher than ever and our aging A/R is lower than ever. I highly recommend!

We have worked with Bellmedex for the past 3 years. We definitely consider them to be part of our team. In any partnership communication is key and I feel that Bellmedex does everything in its power to be effective communicators when it comes to Billing, Coding, and Internal documentation auditing. I would refer Bellmedex to anybody who is looking for a true collaborative billing team. My company still maintains our personal relationships with our insurance reps beyond just depending on Bellmedex to handle everything. This allows us to step in and assist if they are having issues getting the answers that we need as a company. We have worked with other companies and we know there is no "one size fits all " billing solution but bellemedex does everything in its power to be that for us.
