I can't say at this precise moment in time they are neither good or bad and here are my reasons
1they never answer there phone
2 They lose prescriptions and then tell you you've already picked it up erm no I didn't because mine are delivered
3 what's the point in trying to get your meds when they lose them
Normally I don't have a problem with them I even gave them extra time as it was Christmas even the surgery say they've definitely got it but according to them they haven't

"Appalling service today in Pulborough"

Appalling service today in Pulborough. Called them at 1825 asking if prescription was ready. My son had accidentally just ripped out my blood glucose sensor. Told yes but close at 1830. Even tells me what self the item was on and confirmed my address. He tells me to hurry and I rush down in my car and arrive at 1830 on the dot with the lights still on. I get out of my car and go to the door, the staff are all stood in the dark with the lights off. They look at me and the only man, which has to be the person I spoke to, shrugs at me in the dark and points to his watch. Doesn't say a word. Doesn't apologise, nothing. Now unable to measure my blood glucose. I'm sure he is delighted with himself. Could have just said they close on the dot and I might not make it. Instead he says hurry, and I do, and then shrugs at me in the dark. If there was another pharmacy nearby I would use it forever more.
If you can, avoid this pharmacy. They clearly don't care about their customers and delight in the tiny bit of power they have because there is no alternative in the village.

Always very helpful .My husband is very unwell .The pharmacist phoned me to check I had all the medication needed for him.over the Christmas period. First class service and very grateful to the staff at Kamsons Portland Rd Hove .

On arrival after booking the jab on line I was told that they do not do jabs on Fridays. They suggested I try Kamsons in Willingdon as they may do a walk in service. I did and they were very helpful.

Booking was easy, we turned up and the staff were very nice and efficient. The lady that gave the injection was brilliant as I didn’t even feel it!
