When there are no issues the app is great however when there are issues it’s impossible to get a hold of someone. Was on the phone for 63 minutes today before I had to abandon the call earlier today. Trying the chat option now and even that is saying 40-60 minutes wait time. Processed a transfer earlier today at 9:30 am. It’s now 7:18 PM and it’s still in the “processing” stage. Will be using other app next time
