I tried sending money to the Philippines yesterday and it still says processing. I tried canceling but customer service says they can't help me. They asked what my account name is and they said it isn't correct. I was born with one name. They refuse to cancel the transaction and I can't send another because it says I have a pending transaction. Very poor customer service
