"Another Poor and Dishonest Customer Services from Sendwave!"

After my previous review and chatting with Sendwave customer services, they sent me this very disappointing message.
They decided to suspend my account instead of looking into my concern and honouring their refer-a-friend reward promise.

Hi G,
We’ve reviewed your account, and unfortunately, we’re currently unable to let you send transfers with Sendwave. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have a pending transfer with Sendwave that hasn’t been delivered, your transfer will not be complete and your money will be refunded to your bank account.

I guess they have forgotten that they are not the only company that is into such operations 😂

This company has kept in touch and they have continually given me good rates to send money to Kenya.

The company does not respond to complaints, and its services are becoming unreliable. Two of the transactions that I made never went through. For over 15 hours, Sendwave has been stating that the funds are being processed. When I complained about their chat, the company responded that they were working to ensure the transaction went through. My bank account shows that funds were transacted through Sendwave, but the funds never reached the destination. I would like the funds refunded so that I could send them through other apps.
