"Terrible service"

Terrible service. Won’t recommend at all. My payment is still processing after 72hours. It has happened 3x this week alone with 3 different payments and it’s soooooo frustrating as some of the people I pay need the payment to go through in that instant.

The customer service them has not been helpful at all. In fact one of the members in their team dropped the conversation midway.
Perhaps try World Remit. Sendwave is a disappointment.
