Training and learning whilst working and having a family was a really daunting prospect so when it was suggested I do an apprenticeship I laughed I'm the other side of 40 cant afford a drop in wage let alone compete with 16 - 18 year olds. When my manager finished laughing he explained its all online and will enhance my current role no drop in salary and all the support I need so I gave it a go. I am so glad I did my tutor Alex is amazing and always available if I need a hand explains all the subjects we are going to learn for the month the assignments are set at a pace I can manage and fit around my normal workload and I am learning so much it is brilliant. the best decision I have made for a long time. Paragon has a fantastic and clear website for all our learning its clear well laid out and easy to navigate no stress and no pressure just lots of support when needed

I can only speak from my experience but my tutor has been amazing. Very knowledgeable but also patient and supportive. If all tutors are like Laura Barlow, you’ll have a fabulous experience on your apprenticeship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paragon on my experience over the last 12 months.

Some learning material is repeating during the course,I prefer to have it be better organised.
