While completing my elevate Level 3 diploma, I felt supported throughout. The workshop tutors Luke and Heather were amazing, and helped me build my confidence. My personal Tutor Rebecca Leonard is friendly and approachable, making my whole learning process enjoyable. She took the nervousness out of observations and gave me great feedback. Thank you :)

I had a great experience with Paragon. After my first year on my level 5 operational management course, I had a change of tutor which revealed some issues with the direction I was receiving. My newly appointed tutor Martin Sharpe took the time to help guide me, re do some of the work and get me back on track. I was delighted with my distinction result which was in no small part due to Martins help.

Paragon Skills with me achieve a distinction in Level 3 Team Leader course. I also want to give a big mention to my tutor Alex Czerniak-Ganga who helped me every step of the way in achieving this. Alex was was patient, knowledgeable and checked up on me every step of the way which really helped me a lot. I would definitely recommend Paragon Skills to everyone. The only trouble I had were the limited amount of space on the workshops at times but they were very good at sorting this issue out for me.

I truly enjoyed my learning. Had the best tutor ever!!! Rebecca Leonard was keeping me going even when I was struggling with time. Really recommend to everyone who like to build their knowledge to join the program.

I used Paragon for my level 5 adult leaders, my tutor Laura McDonald was amazing, each month we went through my work and looked at the next months assignments, in detail. She was also on hand if i needed anything. I passed my EPA with Distinction

I was very reluctant to take on this qualification due to having completed it years ago. However my assessor was absolutely amazing she was helpful, worked around my workload, supportive and made the experience enjoyable so thanks Rachel. Also big thanks to Heather who was the workshop tutor she made each session interesting and fun and also a great support to everyone

"It was a rocky start..."

It was a rocky start with my personal tutor, however once my issue was raised it was dealt with efficiently and effectively and I was assigned a new tutor and I have sincerely enjoyed my journey and mentoring throughout my Level 3. Kirsty Welding is my personal tutor and she is just the best. She's quite relaxed and calm but knows when I need a gentle push and she gets me to where I need to be, ensuring that I meet deadline.
We attend workshops for each Module and these are hosted by Luke Radford and Heather Evans, they each have different teaching styles but equally fantastic and engaging.

Thankyou to Paragon skills I had a great journey completing my diploma level 3 in lead adult care.
I would like to thank my tutor Rachel Wright for all the support throughout this course she was absolutely amazing and without I don't think I would have got this far
