I recently completed a lead adult care worker level 3 diploma with paragon, and I genuinely wouldn't have been able to get through it, let alone get the distinction I received without the help of the amazing tutors. Without trying to sound like an oscars acceptance speech, I wouldn't have been able to do it without Heather Evans, Kate Underwood and workshop leader Luke Radford. I'm sure there's plenty of others who helped along the way but I've rabbited on for a bit too long now.

I was consistently encouraged and supported by my tutor Joanne Heritage to achieve a L3 Health & Social care double distinction. My tutor was nothing but brilliant, as were my secondary tutors/workshop leaders Luke Radford and Heather Evans. They always answered any questions I had and nothing was too much trouble.

Paragon has been amazing for helping me achieve my Level 4 Lead Adult Practitioner apprenticeship. Initially i had a lovely mentor but she was unwell and sadly this left me behind in my course. Aaron Jones then took over as my tutor, and he is amazing! Aaron is very good at making the course simplified and easy to understand and he always looks into personalisation. He ensures that he tailors the way information is delivered and the systems at Paragon to help us achieve the best end result. He is always sure to be aware of our learning preferences and delivers what works best for us, the learners. Very greatful for his knowledge and experience and he managed to get me from being a learner who was very far behind to being back on track in no time.

Faye was the most amazing trainer I have had this was my level 4 , she was so supportive , always answering questions , when I needed help and advice 10/10 unfortunately when she left , I had a new trainer Steve the communication was awful even on my assesment the day before I messaged to asked questions he never replied , I then passed with no help of him and he didn’t even message to tell me or email , luckily they emailed me no congratulations haven't even heard from him this was a few weeks ago now in the 4 months I lost faye I had one teams meeting that was it , I was so disappointed going from the most supportive trainer

I completed a Team Leadership apprenticeship - course was well-structured, relevant and taught, and had really excellent support from Alex as my tutor who met with me regularly and helped guide me through to passing the course.

Without the help from Emma I wouldn't have achieved my Level 3 Business and Admin qualification with distinction. Emma was always on hand if I ever needed any help and would always schedule meetings with me if I asked. Thanks for all your help Emma!

With the support from my personal tutor Judy, Heather and Luke they have given me the knowledge, skills and confidence to achieve an overall distinction for level 3 lead adult care worker! I am absolutely delighted and I couldn't of done it without them! So thank you! I would 100% recommend paragon if you are looking into achieving your goals because that is their priority, they are there for you through it all and they give you all the tools you need to succeed 😀🎉
