I have just finished my Level 2 for Adult Care with a Merit. I couldn't have achieved my qualification without the consistent support from my trainer Jo M. She was always at the end of the phone or via email and encouraged me to push through when we found things difficult or needed assistance. Her marking was always fair and constructive and she pushed me to achieve the best to my ability.

The website is easy to use and modules are easy to access.
It was a great course for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of care work.
I think all care workers should do this!

My tutor made the work really understandable and was always available for extra guidance I found the workloads to be manageable along side my job. the task also helped me improve my skills at work and builds connection between the different areas of work.
