I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Debbie for all the support, knowledge and guidance she has given me over the past 12 months to help me in completing my Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.

When I first started in this apprenticeship, I had come from a completely different career, which was childcare, so I felt very out of my depth in many different ways. Debbie instantly helped me to feel at ease and guided me through every step of the way.

I have grown with not only the knowledge I have gained through doing the apprenticeship, but my confidence has hugely increased and this has had a massive benefit within my day to day role.

Without Debbie's expertise and knowledge, things could have been a lot different. THANKS DEBBIE :)

I spent just over a year on the Level 3 Business Systems Apprenticeship with heather, and she made every part of it much easier. At every challenging point Heather was always there to provide support and feedback and was always available to do so. Recently completed my level 3 team leader course and I found the whole process from Paragon to be excellent. particularly my Personal tutor Emma who was my sole point of contact for the course. she was approachable and always found time to take my queries. she helped guide me to a distinction grade for my portfolio. I highly reccomend.

I started my NVQ health and social care level 4 in November of 2022, I had a really rocky start with no motivation to complete my work I had gone through 2 tutors with them leaving and finally got a tutor who changed my experience. Helen Banks became my tutor just a few months before I completed my level 4 and I can say I would never have been able to complete it without her she gave me the confidence and motivation to get my course finished and I ended up completing with a distinction. I am so grateful for the support she gave me!

Having spent nearly 18 months on this course and changing providers near the start, it has been a challenging journey for sure. However, my trainer Jordan has been superb in guiding and supporting me all the way through, resulting in me gaining a distinction for the level 3 team leader qualification.

I had an amazing trainer and mentor; Tina was extremely helpful, always reassuring and guiding me through the process. She was so patient and understanding with me. I just finished my level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker with a distinction. I really appreciate all she did for me.
