"All I wanted was a better grip and accurate shots."
All I wanted was a dry fire system to provide recoil and show me how accurate my shots were. The nearest range is an hour and a half away from my home. There is a closer one but only provides shooting from standing at 25 yards. If I’m that far, my CCW is remaining holstered and I’m either ducking for cover or running while dialing 911. I’m not an LEO, nor am I going to compete. I just want to improve my grip and hit a target where a threat will cease to be a threat. This sounded perfect. I bought it in 2021. Several family medical events have turned me into 24/7/365 caregiver. Finally, seeing light at the end of the tunnel, I’ve reopened the box and attempted to get my CFT kit setup with my Glock 19. Going online i see a notification that the website is undergoing updates (since 2021?). I downloaded the current user manual which has pages blocked out with the notification that directions are unclear and need rewriting (since 2021?). Determined, I read every page and looked for tutorials that would help assemble my CFT. Information is missing, incomplete or unclear everywhere I turned and tutorials that demonstrate the how-to steps, troubleshooting, are incomplete. The filler device with the knob is to be turned “fully”. Mine wouldn’t turn more than 15 degrees. Why? How do I fix that? No shots show on the targets. Why? There is a battery in the laser that must not be working. Where are tge instructions or videos on how to access it and replace it? That’s what I mean about missing information throughout the manual and video tutorials. I have been emailing and leaving voice mails for technical support over the last two weeks as I’ve been stumbling through getting this put together on my own and have yet to hear back, no return emails, no return phone calls.
Still, I am convinced this is going to be great if I can ever get it fully functional, though my patience is wearing thin. If, and when I do, I’ll amend my review. If I ever hear back from Customer or Technical Support addressing the issues I’ve contacted them about, I will also amend this review.

"It's hard to over hype the Coolfire system"
It's hard to over hype the Coolfire training system.
I purchased the barrel with laser and the Mantis X.
Both, individually are incredible training devices. Coupled together they give you a very real experience all at home without spending money on ammo.
I have had this for three weeks and saw huge gains in my range day exercises.
The biggest plus I get from this system is being able to draw, double tap, aquire a new target and double tap.
Well worth the price.

"My first day using the trainer"
My first day using the trainer, I probably shot over 500 “rounds” using the system with Mantis X/Laser Academy, auto resetting targets, and CoolFire’s own reflective targets. Needless to say, I had tons of fun, was able to sight align my rmr and laser light, and get much need time with my pistol before my ccw qual cert.
The Rapid Fill Adapter Visible Red Laser was a godsend as it allowed a decent amount of training before requiring refilling. The recoil does lessen as the adapter loses pressure, but you then know it’s almost time for a refill.
The pop is like listening to an old school cap gun - no need for hearing protection for me.

"Great product"
Great product, well-made, well designed. I actually purchased two to utilize for our firearms training courses. I have inquired multiple times and even filled out the form to become a brand ambassador, but no one has ever gotten back to me. But I’ve dealt with Boone Walker for ordering and customer service and he has been top-notch. He told me more than the ones someone was going to review my application as a brand ambassador and contact me and it’s been months and no one ever has.

"Underwhelming performance"
Product mostly performed as advertised. Ads are a little misleading, to get any near a magazines worth shots out of it you have to buy a warmer. It is suggested but that’s an understatement it’s pretty much mandatory. Heating the bottle results in better performance but the recoil noticeably drops off before a magazines worth of shots are fired.

"Quality product"
Quality product. Greatly increases dry fire practice in training opportunities. Would recommend this product to anyone that is interested in increasing their marksmanship and firearm handling capabilities.
