"REALLY BAD from another country"

Sending flowers from another country is truly impossible! "Euro"florist who has nothing about EU! He relies on DHL courier, the courier didn't even ring the bell and took the package directly to the Packstation. To collect the package you must download an app which is only in German. Furthermore, this app does not accept Italian documents, therefore it is impossible for me to have the code to open the packstation and have my girlfriend collect the flowers. It is also shameful that a website does not have an email or telephone number with real consultants, only artificial intelligence incapable of helping.

I will never use Euroflorist and DHL from a high country again.

"Pünktlich angekommen, aber wenig Blumen für viel Geld"

Ich habe einen Blumenstrauß für meine Frau zum Hochzeitstag bestellt, der ist auch pünktlich angekommen, aber die Größe des Straußes und Anzahl der Blumen ist leider deutlich anders als auf den Bilder dargestellt. Ich fühle mich ganz schön abgezockt, so werde ich nie wieder bei euch Blumen bestellen.

Lieferung in Belgien in einem Laden welche immer zu war. Paket konnte nie abgeholt werden.

The delivery agent never delivered it, we had to pick it up from nearby office which wasn’t possible for us until two days after the fact, missed the birthday that the flowers were for! They weren’t as fresh due to that! Wish Euroflorist chose a better and more reliable delivery agents.

I used this service for the first and last time. I ordered a delivery from Sweden for the next day but unfortunately it was not delivered on time in spite of the information on the website. Disappointed by the service. Next time I will choose another company. Don't recommend this to others.
