Thank you for recommending to order two sizes when not sure about the right-sized harness for our dog who is a cross-breed and a funny shape. We did not need to try the small on as it was obvious it would not fit. Followed the instructions online to return the small size. Ended up ordering two new harnesses for the other dogs!

Ordered size XS harness in a make/design we already hve 2 of. Third one supplied , did not fit owing to a minor change in fastening style so contacted Mountain Dog who were very happy to swap the XS harnes foe a S. Fast service no quibbling and new S fits perfectly. It when things are not straight forward you appreciated Mountain Dog customer service.

Offered the best prices and a wide selection of the Ruffwear goods I was looking for. Easy website & quick delivery, along with status update emails along every step of the way. The only things I would say is the free shipping threshold was set too high (£70 I think) which meant I skipped an upsale as it didn’t give me free shipping, so left it. The other thing is the packaging was underwhelming but more importantly, not eco- friendly. But other than that, yes, I would definitely recommend.
