Was very good last year but unfortuneately this year have had to chase staff to respond to emails by telephoning them whilst abroad and after I have booked and paid money have had to chase staff to send my intineary not good.Have ended up talk to three different sales consultants no consistency!!!!Dissapointed that customer service has gone down.

I want to say a huge thank you to Sarah Wynne for all her help that she provided me with over the last few weeks. As it is our first time flying to there, we were nervous but Sarah reassured me on everything. She is so professional & is an amazing person to deal with through phone & email. She very promptly answered all my queries.

I couldn't be happier with escape2! I sent them an email, talking about how I wanted to go to Mexico, to this specific hotel, I told my budget, knowing that probably what I wanted was going to be over it. This lovely lady called Simone answered me pretty quickly with all the information and prices on the exact hotel I wanted and, surprisingly, under our budget because the flying company had some nice offers!
Since we booked it that I pop up random questions that come to my mind and Simone answers me almost immediately always in such a nice way, I couldn't recommend you guys enough!
