Aoife Devine is our consultant and she is so responsive. During my initial enquiries, she was so helpful. I was really lucky that she had been to the area we are travelling to and was able to give first-hand advice. Nothing negative to say about the experience at all so far. Any follow up questions I have had she has immediately come back to me.

I was asked for this review over a year after my holiday... so that's kind of indicative of my experience.
The deal and holiday was really really great, but we were sent the wrong information about our airport transfer so we were left by ourselves at the airport and were told we would get a refund for this but it never happened.
Be aware the price you're quoted can change up until the time you pay, regardless of the original price (as flight prices change it would seem).
Really enjoyed my holiday, would book through here again. A couple issues with the service but overall email response time is very fast and thorough, and I had a great time.
