She organised every detail of our trip which included different hotels, various transfers and our long haul flights. Everything went so smoothly I will be recommending her to friends and family. A complete joke we returned from cancun to Gatwick only to find that the return tickets to dublin wernt issued by escape 2 now they want us to investigate they left us an elderly couple in there 60s stranded only for a lady from gms who went out of her way to sort out flights for us and another couple stay clear never again
