I have been a customer for a few weeks, when my mail, UPS, and FEDX packages arrive I get a message with a picture of the letter, and picking up the mail from Staples is easy. The only problem is the customer service, I had some questions about the registration process and was on hold for several hours. When they get that staffed right I will rate them 5 star.

"Terrible customer service "
My notarized documents have been waiting for approval for 3 weeks now. They emailed twice requesting a clear copy of my verification documents which was sent twice without acknowledgement and till date I'm yet to be approved. Maryann if you're seeing this you guys are doing a shoddy job. All efforts to reach your helpline is impossible. I'm held on the phone for over 15mins then the call drops & on all occasions there has been no call back. This is terrible customer service. This is #1536254

"Virtual Office not fully usable but issued a partial refund."
I recently upgraded my iPostal plan from virtual address to virtual office which included a business address, virtual business phone line and fax. Shortly after signing up I began testing the service and could not find a way to call out. I expected to receive VOIP app dowload and use instructions. I didn't get that so I chatted with customer service to find out the business phone line is for incoming calls only! I don't find that useful for most business as the primary purpose is to separate business and personal calls but if you have to call customers back from your personal phone, that kind of defeats the purpose imo. So I opened another chat ticket to request to downgrade my plan from virtual office to virtual business address (since that's still useful) and requested a refund. The chat rep (Jamie) was very helpful and quickly (5-7 business days) issued a refund of the unused service. All around, a positive experience with iPostal but I wish that limitation of their business line was made clear on the website before ordering. 5 stars for customer service, 2 starts for misrepresentation of Virtual Office services on the website.

Mail centers under this service are not reliable. After a forward request was submitted, one week passed, there is no action. No reply after contacting them by email. Very sad service.
