Absolutely horrible experience! Bait and switch! I signed up for their service on the promise that the price would never change. Apart from the bevy of issues I've had with getting my mail on time, not even a year after I signed up and they're raising the price BY A WHOPPING 50%!!! And with barely a few weeks' notice too! Makes it evident their intent is to throw you in a state of confusion with little time to find an alternative, so you're forced to stay with them. Then, try to switch to a monthly plan from the forced annual subscription and it's another horror altogether. You basically can't switch. You'd need to cancel your account completely and then create a new account, complete all forms all over, just to get a monthly subscription. Of course, there's no refund for whatever time's left on your annual subscription. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Company's copy-and-paste response below is balderdash! The facts remain unchallenged:
1. They arbitrarily raised the price by 50% with barely a few weeks' notice (not even up to 30 days)
2. You cannot seamlessly change from a forced annual subscription to a monthly subscription - even at the end of the annual plan. You would need to close the mailbox, then go through the process again to establish a new mailbox (even though they said they'd retain the same mailbox number). So you would need to fill in forms again and pay for notarization.
These are not customer-specific, so it's unclear why the company is pestering me for personal information to 'confirm'. What is there to 'confirm'? Are any of these statements untrue? Is this not how you operate your service?
