I am grateful for the convenience, professionalism, and friendliness of the iPostal Staff at Lauderhill Mall in Fort Lauderdale, FL. They are effective and efficient when I cannot get to the mailbox in person. And, they are warm and friendly when I do go to the location in person. Very pleased with the service both electronic/online, and in-person!

Having a virtual mailbox allows me to have an alternate address for receiving business mail. In addition, the notifications help me keep on top of mail and scanning (although it is more expensive than I would like) keeps me from having to go into the physical location if it's a slower season with intermittent pieces of mail.

I registered on 19/06/24, which is more than 8 days ago. I did everything necessary to validate my account (sent documents, notary certification, etc.). Their service states validation within 3 to 4 days, which I can understand. After 4 days, still no response or feedback. I then decided to send them an email, but 2 days later, still no response. Finally, two days ago, desperate, I decided to contact their internal support on the website, and still... no response! This site is a joke, there's no one to talk to, the support doesn't reply. I'm not asking for much, just a response to know the status of my request, it's outrageous!
