It was very good. The part about filling out the Form 1583 could be a little more clearer. Also, it seems they want you to purchase their online notary which is very expensive. Overall good experience though.

"Not happy with service"

While I still use the company, I would advise anyone reading this to think twice before jumping on board. I'm not saying not to use them, but I would recommend doing your due diligence prior to signing up. I'm only using them because I started my business using one of their mailing addresses, but my experience has been nothing short then horrible. They sent my important banking documents, to a completely different person, and then sent me that person's mail. And I never ended up getting the mail back. Their support is far from great. It baffles me how they have such a high rating, as all you have to do is some indepth research and you will find many people have similar experience like mine. Multiple times I've been told someone would reach out to me, and it never happens. It honestly feels like they just don't care? Highly disappointed. Only thing I can say is, the address they give you, will work fine for a company address or a second address to recieve mail at.. but as far as getting that mail, you may never receive it. I just got told today, that they once again LOST my mail. Had a picture of it in my dashboard, but somehow it magically went missing. But I'm expected to be happy and leave a positive review? I refuse to. When I'm happy with a company, normally don't look to leave a review. I leave reviews when I've spent my money, and am not happy with the service I have received.
