"So Far, So Good"
I've only received moving confirmation letters from My Move in my private box, so I haven't any other experience with the service to reflect on. That being said, the images are clear and I received a text and an email stating I had mail, which was awesome!

"Outstanding service "
Despite the situation in Houston the local shop made sure we got our mail. The app is super easy to use and I can deal with all my mail while I am away not being concerned something gets lost.

"I've had a nightmare experience…"
I've had a nightmare experience with iPostal1. I have relied on them for a dropbox address and services in Maine, where I've lived for decades before moving to Europe. Things went relatively well for a year, aside from occasional very sloppy document scanning. Recently services became slow and erratic, with no response to scan requests. I learned yesterday that the iPostal1 service in Bath- and my address was discontinued. My mail and my scans of my mail, including at least one uncashed check, are all missing.
iPostal1 took all my money for services and my account and my scans could only be accessed through their software. After many hours trying to reach them yesterday and today, I was told that they don't see themselves as responsible for my mail- that this is, they say all the responsibility of the little business in Maine. I was told by the operators of the business in Bath that they had agreed to stop services with iPostal1 more than 60 days ago, but notice from iPostal1 of the cancellation of all of our accounts and addresses didn't go out until July 1st.
CRMA is a useful service- essential for those of us who need to maintain a snail mail presence in a location while we live abroad- but I strongly encourage anyone considering this CRMA to look elsewhere. CRMA may advertise on the web as the largest provider of private mail box services, but they do not have reliable working relationships with their contractors and my experience is that they do not take responsibility for you or your mail.
