Mostly just a big headache.

- I paid ~$150 (plus $25 for the notary) for this service for the year and then I also have to pay every time I want an item shipped to me OR scanned.

Mail is literally getting lost. I shipped something to myself from the mailbox USPS 2 Day and its been two weeks with no sign.

The service just blames the USPS even though when someone sends something to me directly via USPS it gets to me just fine.

Then I thought ok fine I'll use the scan service and that cost like $2 and took 2 days for the location to scan the documents.

Just not worth it. Will be looking for other services.

My iPostal1 shipping company has been very helpful and efficient. My biggest issue is with USPS. I have many mail items from USPS that never arrive. I receive daily notifications from USPS on mail. After checking with the local postmaster, I just get the runaround.

Very easy to setup. Lots of locations to choose from. The scanning feature to notify you about what items you received in the mail is great. Definitely worth it.
