Outside of mail lost since May, I have just noticed another way that this business takes advantage of its customers. I recently had ONE letter forwarded from TX to WI, it was sent via USPS in a FedEx envelope and cost $23.63 for 3 day delivery. Ipostal allowed me to select USPS and the shipping time, as well as showed me the price. Yesterday I did a consolidate (free) and ship for THREE standard sized letters. I was charged $72.10, with no option for the carrier nor the price. I selected the lowest price for 3 day delivery since the website would only show the delivery time frame options (but said lowest cost and gave the number of days). In the transactions page, it shows they sent it via UPS with a 3 day delivery time. UPS is not the lowest price for 3 day. USPS is lower and provides tracking (although I postal told me that USPS dopes not provide tracking for first class mail.. which is why my mail from May has still not shown up, nor can Ipostal tell me where it is, or even it has even left the US. Sure, they charge a small about for your account, but they rob you whenever you use the account. Especially for those of us military retirees that live overseas. Yeah, thanks for my service huh? I will be posting this on every review website that I can find, as well as in each of the expat Facebook groups along with the pictures of the charges and what was mailed in both orders.
