"Slow Terrible Service"

I signed up for a virtual box, and submitted my lease as an ID. After 4 days I received a message stating the lease could not be accepted because it expires the following month. The reason why I needed a mailbox is because I was moving and didn't have an address yet. I then ha to pay another $25 for a notarized USPS form to use the car insurance option. After 5 more days I received a message stating the ID cards could not be used and I had to upload the whole policy. This was after uploading a new notarized form. Two weeks later I still had no mailbox and spent $60. By that time I already moved and had to sign up for another service in person which was setup the same day for my forwarding address.
