8 days since I went to staples to retrieve my mail, they can't give it to me.
I call I postal1, they tell me they will create a ticket, I should receive a response after 1 to 2 business days.
no response after 4 days.
please call Staples Irwin San Rafael CA to give me my mail.
even when they opened it to see what was in it, all they gave me was a form so I can go get my fingerprints, I need to go get my fingerprints, you blocked me.
why are you making people pay money and you are holding people's mail,
stop, stop.
and since I don't get my mail I will complaint you, you can't hurt people.

"Policy on a company name"
Ipostal's policy on a company's official business name is confusing. When I started my subscription with Ipostal, I first registered a parent company name. Since then, our company began marketing using a DBA. So recently I registered my DBA with the state, updated my articles of organization, business banking and all other legal documents to include the parent name along with the DBA. For example, Company A&B Group, DBA 123 LLC. I communicated with Shavonna in tech support, and her response (using her exact words) "this is a canned response that we have" we won't be able to add the DBA.
Additionally, I've since done some research and found their competitors to allow the practice of listing a parent company name, along with a DBA on the account and address. I’ll be making arrangements to take my business elsewhere. And I’ll also be socializing my recommendation across other channels and informing other small business partners.
And in response to your reply...my DBA name is registered with the state and the DBA name is recognized as the same business as the parent company. Both names appear as one, on my articles of organization, bank information, all other legal documents.
Replying to iPostal's most recent response, specifically the backhanded comment, stating they have "thousands of happy customers". The company Anytime Mailbox, which provides a similar service, also has thousands of happy customers. The added bonus is that they allow businesses to add not only the org's parent name but also their DBA per account/mailbox. Thanks but I'll be leaving iPostal and going to Anytime Mailbox.

"Scam artists!!"
Scam artists!!! I have been trying to receive my packages for a month to be shipped overseas, I have been back and forth with a Ravinder who keeps saying it's being sent, and it isn't! Now they are saying my storage is up in 3 days. It was a Christmas present!!! It's a scam, do not use, avoid at all costs. I hope this helps someone, as you will not get your goods.

They randomly changed prices and won't let you cancel unless you pay for the next month.
Update:
#1 My account is only "outstanding" because your system would not allow me to cancel my subscription nor could I get assistance with the cancellation.
#2 I find it funny you all have time to reply to a review but couldn't assist me with trying to cancel my subscription before I did this review.
#3 Trust pilot set me the email to review you guys I never sought them out.

UPDATE:
They have reached out to me and gotten everything taken care of to my utmost satisfaction and am now more than happy with their postal services. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.
Unfortunately, It looks like I am still unsure about this providers service. I have waited almost a full business day, not counting the time last night that I originally requested it, that it appears it has been stuck with the “ship requested” notification most of the day(1/08/25). This is my second month of service and ironically the very first time I decided to trust/use their services, and it looks like I won’t/can’t get a conformation before 4pm the next day. At least let me know if I would need to get in my car and drive to the physical location to pick it up.

New customer here 10 days into my first month and already considering to cancel...customer support is non-existant...Have been on hold for two hours from queue position 15 (specifically with the team that handles Staples postal boxes), and no one is to be found. This is after trying 3 times over "livechat" that is most certainly a bot and not helpful.
