I had to change my mail box because the location was not notifying me when i received mail nor did i ever get my mail. The owner of the location was rude and hung up in my face. I even mailed something to myself to see if i would get it and it was two weeks before i was notified and the item was mailed from within the state. I’ve changed mail locations so hopefully moving forward I won’t have this issue.

"I have not received my mail"

I have not received my mail. I sent a soelf addressed envelope and still haven't received it. I called support several times and was told they'd send a self addressed envelope and would give me the tracking number. I have called several times and have yet to receive a tracking number. I want to know if my box is working. If not I will cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

I like the images of the documents and the ability to pick up free from my location - that was very important to me since some of the other locations charged a fee.

Has it's up and downs

I liked how easy it was to set up, and it immediately gave me a proper mailing address which works easily.

I can use the mailing address for anything, and changed all my bank info settings etc to the new address so when I move home or travel, all my mail remains consistent.

I am not a fan of the double charging. Like you subscribe for a monthly membership - in which the monthly charge relates to how many deliveries you plan on receiving a month. But then I still get charged an extra $3, on top of that monthly fee, for every single delivery I pick up.

My second negative may be related specifically to my local pick up point. But there was immediate attitude to pick something up when it's delivered.
I signed up to a digital mailbox because I am out of town a lot of work and don't want online orders sitting outside my door at home for days.
The very first order I used my digital address for arrived on Tuesday. The app told me pick up was available until mid October (over 2 weeks from now). Literally Wednesday evening (24hrs after my notification that I had mail to collect) I got an email from the mail room saying I needed to come pick up my parcel asap or they're going to charge me storage fees for leaving it there.
I was out of town until Friday and replied to say as much. Went as soon as I could on Friday - wasn't even a big box, and for the life of me couldn't see what the issue was.

If that's going to be the attitude everytime I get mail and don't immediately come running to collect it then I won't stay with the service, but it would be a shame.

"Terrible experience with this service"

Terrible experience with this service. I was completely disrespected by Chelsea on live chat, and the other guy(I forgot his name) both acted like they could care less about helping me. Just went in circles no matter how I tried explaining the issue with the terrible online notary service, Proof, that they use. Proof has an option of "passport card" for the passport option. I have a passport book. The passport card option brought up and ID style overlay which does not fit for the passport book that USA residents receive. Therefore it would not accept the images no matter how I tried to take the pictures to submit.

Both of the live chat agents acted as though they could care less about the issue and I even went out and had my forms notarized in person because there is an option for uploading manually if their services do not work. I was then told that they do not accept manual submissions or a notary unless it is through the Proof service which clearly does not work. If manual submissions, which I took time out of my day to go out and do and pay for because the service did not work properly, are not accepted then they should not have incorrect information on their website. Overall from start to finish this was the one of the most confusing and incredibly poor experience I've had in quite awhile with a business.
