The staff are so helpful and friendly without being at all pushy. Customer Service have been brilliant when I needed to return an item and kept me informed all through the process, making sure I didn't lose out.

"Excellent Customer Service"

This was our first experience with Solent Beds and Furniture. All the staff are very pleasant and we spoke to Paul who went the extra mile to find exactly what we wanted. We ordered 4 pieces of furniture which arrived well within the estimated time. One important piece of furniture which we were waiting for, after speaking to Paul on the phone he managed to chase it up and we had it in days not weeks! This will certainly be our first port of call for any more of our furniture needs.

"We bought 2 new sofas from Solent…"

We bought 2 new sofas from Solent Furniture, it wasn’t until a week after the delivery we noticed a small hole in the fabric of one of the cushions.
We phoned to explain what we had found, and from there on the service was absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. We had numerous calls to keep us up to date with the progress and when it was due to arrive, when the guy came it didn’t take long for him to fit the replacement. Followed by another call after that to check we were happy with the replacement.
One of the best customer services I have come across.

"Outstanding Customer Complaints Team "

Had an issue regarding a mattress I bought, and Jamie from customer service department was outstanding, he provided constant feedback and updates on the situation and went above and beyond.

Really recommend this company as customer service is top notch, which is the main thing if you have a problem which is rare!!

"I ordered a Carisbrooke triple wardrobe"

I ordered a Carisbrooke triple wardrobe. Effectively, there are two wardrobes that are bolted together. On the smaller wardrobe, there was a fault with a slight overhang at the top, meaning the two would not butt together. Solent requested a replacement on two occasions, each time the same, a overhang. On the third occasion, the wardrobe was good with no overhang. It took a few months, but it was for a spare room, so it was not a big deal for me. I was given £50 for the inconvenience. Solent were not at fault, and Jamie and his team worked tirelessly to get it right.
The guys who delivered and put the two wardrobes together were excellent.

Told in stock,when ordered. Then 4 to 6 weeks, then a further 2weeks. Actually delivered in 9th week after order.

"BUYERS BEWARE"

Having bought a leather sofa from the clearance store, we were very pleased until it was delivered, the delivery men had scratched the leather on one side, SBF did exchange after a week with another sofa , however after sitting on this ,realised there was a problem as you got tilted towards the centre on both end seats. Solent beds put it down to being ex display and we should have picked up on the fault. Despite having looked into it on the ombudsman site and realising we had comeback, Solent beds refused to swap it back for the original one and because they are not registered with the ombudsman any further action would have been at more expense to me. Over the years I have been a loyal customer to this Island firm , but never again, its the mainland for me.

"Solent beds Riverway ☆☆☆☆☆"

We bought a double bed/mattress from the Riverway store. Sam was absolutely brilliant in helping us find exactly what we were after. And couldn't have been more helpful after we had a slight issue with the delivery, sorting the problem out straight away.
The delivery drivers were spot on and couldn't have been more helpful also.

Overall a great experience from Solent beds at Riverway and a big thank you to Sam!
