I bought the KIELDER KWT-012-81 (from SGS rather than directly) and have been very impressed with it. It appears to be sturdy and well made and has some serious torque - I replaced the front shocks on my son's car and it undid all the bolts, including the wheel nuts, with ease.

I'm now contemplating the 18v ratchet.

I bought a flight case on 16/2/24 and it’s not arrived as I write this it’s the 28th
After countless calls and a couple of promised return calls that didn’t happen!!
I’m just off the phone to be told it’s DHL that’s got address wrong….
And I’m supposed to accept that with nothing for my inconvenience??

I first saw these tools being used by bad obsession motorsport on YouTube, after a bit of research I dropped them a message on Facebook asking for some advice on battery choice etc and decided to buy both the 1/2 & 3/8 ultra compact impacts as my main use is engine bay work and buzzing the odd wheel off. I wasn't expecting too much grunt from them but ideal for my intended use (can always crack wheel nuts off with a bar so not too fussed)
I was very surprised when the 1/2 gun blasted the wheel nuts off a Ford transit straight out the box, no running in and hadn't even charged the battery! The 3/8 impact is slightly less powerful but allows greater access with the narrower socket size compared to the 1/2.

Both tools and the batteries feel of very good quality, are well balanced and initial thoughts are that they'll suit what I need them for perfectly!

I dont think I'd go back to using milwaukee tools when these are available are up to the task and are far cheaper. Its also nice to get an answer from direct from the company when looking to buy. I'll definitely be buying some of their other tools in future.
