"Terrible communication"

Terrible communication. Don't use them if you are particular at all about how you want the pictures to be shot, or if you have special instructions. They are unresponsive and did not call me prior to the "mission" despite multiple requests. Would give zero stars if I could.

I just started with this company, 5 Jobs now. I am thoroughly impressed with their workflow and the communication process that is set up during missions. Of course as with most “sub contractors”, we always wish for a bigger piece of the pie. But we also neglect to consider the cost to obtain these jobs. 😊
I’d also like to compliment DroneBase on the training they make sure you review prior to jobs. Quality control on deliverables, get us all more work, and higher priced jobs.

I have received a handful of jobs from Dronebase. They all went well, with no problems and payment was as expected.
