Over the last two years I have been consulting with Burfields around planning towards retirement. This became a reality this year, as my circumstances changed. Over the process of creating a pension there were a number of a number of unexpected challenges thrown up. In the absence of clarity or urgency from the company holding my pension fund the Burfield team clearly went the extra mile to research, double check and provide invaluable advice. As a result I couldn’t be happier, as the projections proved to be spot on.

I would like to thank the team for their hard work and excellent communication. In particular I’d like to recognise David Parker who has been brilliant throughout the whole process - patient, approachable, knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble.
